This brief video gives you a lay of the land of Pass Lake. Features such as parking lots, launch areas, and the overall landscape are displayed to give you a better idea of this fishing location.
Pass Lake in Washington State is 98 acres and 6 miles south of Anacortes. It has a public access and boat launch. This is a trophy fly-fishing-only lake with special regulations and limits. Species available include Atlantic salmon and rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout. Pass Lake is usually excellent in early spring and late fall for fish up to 24 inches.
Mike Carey gives this lake five stars as a fly fishing destination, if you can forgive the busy roadway that borders the east shore. He has caught trophy sized (and smart) trout in this lake!
