Mike Carey and his bassin' buddy Bob J fished this lake in the summer of 09 looking for big reels. They caught a 3.5 lb LMB on a frog, Mike's first frog-caught bass ever! This lake is 238 acres and also holds rainbow, cutthroat, bluegill and bullhead. Kitsap Lake in the heart of Kitsap County is a pleasant county park and launch site, and there is a secondary WDFW launch area as well. Give these waters a try for yourself!
