Mike Carey joins Tom Jacobs on his boat at Jefferson Head in this clip. The target was winter blackmouth on this late October day in 2007. It was a great day on the water (although a little breezy), and they reached their one fish limit each and lost a couple others. The Puget Sound is such an eco-diverse body of water, we highly recommend this trip!
